How do I set up and use my patient passport?

Are you a general cardiologist?

​

No. We specialize in the treatment of complex arrhythmias, cardiac implantable devices, and other electrophysiology concerns. There are many cardiac issues that we do not treat at our clinic that require a general cardiologist. Most of our patients also have a general cardiologist and we work with them to ensure that each patient gets the best care.

Do you accept my insurance?

​

We are in network with all major insurance providers. If you have a less common insurance policy and would like to check if you are in network at our clinic, please contact us. 

 

What hospitals does Dr. Meade work at?

Dr. Meade can see patients and perform procedures at CHI St. Joseph Regional Hospital, Heart and Vascular, as well as Memorial Hermann - Memorial City and Memorial Hermann - The Woodlands.
